Assignment 1:

Sketching

In this assignment, we were required to sketch 8 with different type of drawing. The type which were body part, detail drawing, one point perspective, two point perspective, geometry, famous building and tracing by using the charcoal pencil, pencil, artline and tracing paper.In this assignment, I had learn about some basic skill of drawing and know how hard to shade a shadow by using charcoal pencil.

Assignment 3 :

Site analysis

In this assignment, we were required to analysis the site by ballot. Our site is at th level 2, infront tiffin beside the library. At the site, we need to analysis the temperature, weather, noise, strength, weakness and all of the thing about site. In our drawing, we need to draw according the scale after we measure. The drawing need include the elevation section, plan and so more. Last, we need draw all the plan and informations into mounting boards.This is a group assignment and my group members consist of Siew John Loong, Toh Yih Sheng, Tan Ree Han, Shaun Chung and me. After this assignment, I learnt about the analysis the site and it need to measure correctly and draw on scale properly.

Assignment 2:

Scale drawing

In this assignment, we need to draw the two object based on the scale and also need to include plan, elevation and detail. It is quite interesting o draw the object based on scale. After this assignment, I think I had improve my drawing scale about the plan and elavation.

Assignment 4:

Model making and drawing

This is the final assignment of this subject, we were required to design a book stand based on the theme we choosed. The theme that I choosed is Pixar and my design is about running. After design the book stand, we need to make a model of the book stand. The real measurement of the book stand maximum is 1.5meter x1.5 meter x 1.5 meter. Furthermore we need also to draw a presentation board according the design, explanation of the design and draw the model based on the scale. Through this assignment, I know that design a model and making a model is totally different story, design is easy and the making is harder. It is quiet challenge for me but I enjoy this assignment for making model. Below these image is my presentation board and model.
