EPC (Effective Public Communication)
Effective Public Communication, in this class I had leart about the communication skill. It make me understand about the human comunication such as the tube communicate model，type of message like non-verbal message is include the facial expression and hand movement. It also make me undersatnd the confilct and the stage of conflict. So in this subject we have 3 assignment which are photo blog about site visit, second is the mural art presentation and the last is the businesses comparison presentation.
Assignment 1
Photo Blog
In this assignment, we were required to formed a group with 5 to 6 people, but in my group we had 7 people. The group member are Siew John Loong, Mok Wenf Keong, Lim Kah Wah, Tan Ree Han, Bryan Lum, Ashely and me Ooi Kai Yang. We were required to create a photo blog with study and analysis the site. At first , we were took the picture at the Melaka, but because the misunderstanding , we had changed our place to Klang. In our site, we had took the picture about the Building, the people at there, the food and culture at there. At Klang, the most impressive me is the religious place such as the 'Guan Yin Temple' and the Mosque. Below the link is our photo blog about the Klang.

Assignment 3: Oral Presetation
In this assignment, this is the fianl project of this subject and it's carry about 25% of whole subject. We had required to go to interview 2 business which is one is located in Penang and the other is at KL area. The type of business that we choose is abou the beverage , we need to understand about the background information of the business, analysis the in terms of competitors, obstacles or challenges. Therefor the business we had chosen is ‘Purplr cane' main product is sell the tea and the oher business is 'Moustache Houze', which mainly focus the coffee and cake. For me , it is an interesting experience to interview someone oficially. Through this assignment, I know about the important of prepare some questions before you start the interview and the other is I think I had improve my presentation skill, now I dare to stand infront and speak .
