Introduction to Business
Through this subject, it let me learnt about the basic of the business such like the planning, organizing , type of the leader and somemore. All the knowledge of the basic of the business were given by Mr.Chang Jau Ho. More than that, Mr. Joe also give me a lot of guide about the assignment through this course.
Assignment 1 :
Model Calendar
This is our first assignment in this subject, it is need us to make a calendar. We were working in a group of 8 person. At first, we know that the model of the calendar must be the Taylor student and the model mostly are the friend of our group member. Next, we devide the duty for each member. So the photographer are Sean Thun and Hong Zhi, I am will be shooting the video, the other will do like finding the model, find the place for the model shoting and make up artist. Then we need to arrange the shotting time with the model so that we can done the photo shotting according the time we plan. In our group we have 11 model, it is our glad to work with them. After the photo shootting is edit the photo we take and video. Not only that, we also need to design the layout of the calender and go to the printing shop which is located at Sunway. The picture at below are our calendar.

Non-Graded Assignment
This is the class activities that we done in class. Every time we were had about 20 to 45 minute to prepare it and then is to present it infront of the class. It is quiet fun during this tutorial especially the role play. For me, it is like a practice of the presentation and it made me more understand about the every lecture in class and not just read the slide then go for the test.

What is investor ?
This is the presentation to talk about the investor. What is investor? We need to find the video to explain the role of investor and what is it about it. After that we need to make a presentation slide to present it.
How to manage your business.
This is the business that we need to imagine it and present. The business that we imagine is about the phone which is make a new brand and the phone we imagine which is combine the benefit of the iphone, android and the windows phone. The presentation which is include the strategies, tatics and the achievement of the goal. It also include the organizing , leadership and the way to control the business.
Managing of the business
In this time, we also create a business but this time we were require to focus at the organization structure of the business. So our company, which is flokswagen were divide into several department and each of the member were have their own post.
Role play
This video is about we make a role play about the work attitude. Working in group of 7 person. 5 of us are play as the stident and 1 of the member are play as teacher then the other 1 are become narator. This is show that the attitude of the person give and what feedback he will get.

Draft of charity drive
In this assignment, we were require to make a powerpoint slide to talk how we gonna to make a plan for the charity drive. This is like a practice of the charity drive. We need to know what is our product ? How much is the product ? How the pakaging will look like ? Do we have promotion ? and the place for our product such like have branch ?
Assignment 2:
Charity Drive
This is a quiet challenging assignment in this Sem but it make me learnt a lot of thing. In this assignment we were working in 8 person in this group. The group member are me Ooi Kai Yang, Thun Shao Shun, Shaun Chung, Yee Algel, Toh Yih Sheng, Liew Hong Zhi and Chin Zhi Wei. The target of our group is need to reach about RM4000 and all the money we will donate to city boys revival home, an orphanage home. After that we were decide to sell the cookie and the coconut jelly and coconut drink. We not only just donate the money, we also have buy the shoes for them.
In this assignment , I learnt a few important thing in this assignment. First is the collaboration with the rest of the member, without that I think we won't success in this assignment. Then is don't waste the time for regret. For example, when the cookie selling is not good we just need to find the solution to save it and not just regret why we choose to sell the cookie. After that is this assignment it give me the experience that I never had before like selling the product or get in touch with the stranger. Lastly, I feel very grateful and thanks for every member that put so much effort in this assignment.

Peosonal reflection
Reflection
Through this semester,I know that the business are everyway in our daily life such like buy some food as long as trade which have selling something and earn some profit. This moduel it make me learnt the thing about the business and I had know the step to build a business. The lessons that important for me is the planing and organizing. Why these lessons is important to me ?
First is the planning. It let me know that build a business is not so easy. Like Benjamin Franklin said 'If you fail to plan, then you are planning to fail'. Planning is not just plan to build the business it is also the way to created your own goal and develop the strategy and tactis. Without planning, it is very easy to ruin your business.
Then is organizing, I learnt in this lessons is organize and put your member to do what they are good at. For example, I not good in writing the report or speaking but I can help to made the cookie. To organize well, it make the business increase.
At last, the teamwork is the most important part to me. To build a business, it is impossible to make it as 1 person but it is different story if have a team. For instance, I had a lot of collaborations with my group memer since the calendar assignment. We group together and share the idea together. It make me feel that how important of collaboration is.
In this subject, I very thanks every of my group member who put so much effort during the assignment and I would like to thank Mr.Chang Jau Ho to give us these assignment. During these assignment, it give me the experience that I never had before. Such like making the cookie, persuade the people to buy the cookie, get in touch with the stranger and ask about the donation.It also let me know how hard to build a business and how hard to manage it. For me, all of these can say is my precious memory in this Semester 2.
