PROJECT 1 : Defining and Documenting a Project

Project 1 of the module allow us to work in a team of 6 with different role in a project team and i was being a civil engineer. Through simulating actual meeting and producing minutes at the same time making progress of an imaginary project that is specified by the lecturer who is acting as the client. We produce a report at the end of the day with satisfying amount of information and outcome ranging from costing estimation, architecture drawings, engineer's details, M&E details, landscaping specification and project directions listed within the report.

PROJECT 2 : Documenting of Medium-size Project

Project 2 is an individual project that require us to document out own Architecture Design Project's final project. Also role playing as a project manager, we need to plan out the whole thing for the project such as brief, stakeholder, risk management, how to maintain the project and programme. Then determine and set directions and team goals which allow the team to carry out their task efficiently. And also producing Workbreakdown structure and Gantt chart to ease monitoring of projects.
